Spent a couple of days in - Sunny when i got there , Raining when i left - Glasgow to check up on some hardware installations and projector tests as part of an Interactive Installation we are working on. The Pacific Quay building is truly magnificent, something to behold. It is one of the most wired buildings and includes what may very likley be the world’s first fully integrated 100% HD Television studio. For what is basically a gigantic box, it has a lot of individuality once you get inside. The “river” which is the climbing central and open staircase gives itself to interesting meeting points and social interactions. The open atmosphere and attitude of the building is prevalent and something which I suspect we will see more of in the future. More news soon on some of the interaction developments.
